Monthly Reports/ Simple Billing System
You will receive a monthly report on all maintenance, repairs, and special services including a detailed description of services done, costs, start and completion dates, and contractor information. Over time, this detailed paper-trail will provide great added value when and if you sell your home. Forget about paying several different venders every month. TLC will cover all maintenance and/or repairs up front. You’ll receive just one invoice payable to TLC. |
