Proactive Maintenance
TLC will do initial and on-going surveys of your home to ensure timely maintenance and repairs. At some point you decide you’d like to repaint or even redesign your interior. We’ll provide you with Metro-Boston’s best interior designers, architects, craftsmen, painters, and more. We will meet contractors at your home to oversee their survey and bidding process. When appropriate we’ll collect at least three bids for work, submitting them to you. When your choice is made, we’ll engage the contractors to begin work. Make one call to TLC. |

Emergency Services
Take comfort in knowing that, should an emergency arise, TLC is here for you! You have a leaky faucet, the disposal dies, the furnace malfunctions. Don’t make multiple calls, virtually begging three or four plumbers or appliance repair people to just call you back. Make one call to TLC. When the plumber’s schedule doesn’t match yours, your TLC agent will meet the plumber at your home. |

Major Repairs & Improvements
You need a new roof, or you want to add a new room or wing. TLC will connect you with an architect and then line up three or more contractors, meet them at your home, collect their bids, and submit them to you. You pick the contractor, tell us, and we get them on the job. Make one call to TLC. |
